MUSEUM hosts Cambridge Network connect business event
On 23 May 2024, Cambridge Museum of Technology hosted the Cambridge Network Connect business event in the Pye Building.
Over 70 registered members of the Cambridge Network attended.
As an inspirational venue, linking Cambridge’s industrial heritage to its future, event participants heard from Museum volunteers about the origins of ‘Silcon Fen’ and the ‘Cambridge Phenomenon’ through the exhibits of pioneering technology companies such as Cambridge Scientific Instrument Company and Pye.
Participants also enjoyed hospitality offerings from the Museum’s on-site partner Kerb Kollective and explored the unique spaces available for event-hire, STEM and Arts education.
