This event has been cancelled, we are sorry for to anyone who was excited for it! Our printshop is due to open again on the 9th April and is usually open the second Sunday of each month.

Visitors to the printshop can see a wide range of presses dating from the 1820s onwards.  These include Albions, Columbian, Wharfedale, Peerless, Adanas, and our Pullmanproofing press.   Examples of hand-set, letterpress and lino printing will be on display.

Volunteers will demonstrate the use of our 1820s Albion early iron hand-printing press and also our proofing press and there will be opportunities for visitors to be involved!
