Museum volunteer Dr Gordon Davies presents a work-in-progress update about a "twinning" project that explores the lndustrial archaeology and architecture of the Museum of Technology and Cambridge's demolished gasworks, juxtaposed with the Industrial Gas Museum, Technopolis City of Athens, which hosts the best-preserved remains of the industrial-gas-making process.
The webinar features excerpts from immersive videos recorded at both industrial museums to explore the question: (where) does industrial architecture belong in heritage cities?
